2. Service
The NinjaBattles service is provided at the discretion of the administration. Accounts may be terminated without notice and for any reason deemed necessary by the administration. No guarantees are made that the service will be fully functional at all times, and NinjaBattles will not be held responsible in such case.

3. Security
NinjaBattles is not responsible for accounts being “hacked” or stolen. THERE ARE NO CHEATS IN NINJABATTLES. Anyone claiming to know a cheat is most likely trying to steal your account information, such as your password. Note that no Silk Route refunds are made if an account is lost.

4. Cheating
NinjaBattles is a game where cash prizes are won. Manipulating the game in an unjust way (e.g. exploiting any possible bugs) is therefore regarded as stealing the prize from someone else – and will be treated accordingly. Please note that this will result in legal action. Accounts that are even SUSPECTED of this kind of behaviour may be suspended, permanently banned or deleted without warning. One account per person is allowed, multiple accounts will be deleted or suspended. Please note that NinjaBattles is never obligated to provide proof to suspend/delete an account, with the exception for accounts where Silk Route purchases have been made. NinjaBattles is a free game, unless you have paid for any upgrades your account may be deleted at any time and for any reason. This also includes insulting administrators or using profane language ín PM's or the shoutbox.

5. Silk Route
By purchasing any upgrades, the player understands that no purchases are refundable. A purchase from the Silk Route does in no way exempt players from banning or deletion if misconduct takes place. NinjaBattles waives all responsibility should there be an error in the PayPal payment processing and will not refund any possible lost funds if these are not registered to NinjaBattles.

6. Prizes
Prizes will be paid within one week (7 days) after a round has ended. Payments are made via PayPal and PayPal only. If a PayPal account is not presented by a player within 7 days of the prize win, the player will forfeit the prize.

7. Punishments
Reasons for punishing accounts include, but are not limited to: Cheating, exploiting bugs, insulting players, insulting the administration, using multiple accounts, using profane language in PM's, forums or the shoutbox. Possible punishments for above breaches of regulations include, but are not limited to: Fines, loss of health, adjustment of statistics acquired by cheating, account deletion. Note that NinjaBattles reserves the right to punish accounts in any way, at any time and for any reason.

8. Proof of identity
Players may at any time be required to provide proof of identification when suspected to be involved in breach of rules. Proof of identification will be provided by players in the form of digitally scanned pictures of legally accepted proof of identification, such as driver's license or ID card. The validity of provided proof will be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the administration.

9. Ignorantia juris quod quisque scire tenetur non excusat
Ignorance of the law, which everybody is supposed to know, does not constitute an excuse. It is the responsibility of players to keep updated about the rules.

10. Agreement
This agreement governs the rules of play of NinjaBattles.com. Players are required to check in regularly for updates in the rules as changes may be made without notice. If player does not agree to any part of this agreement they may not register for play on NinjaBattles.
